Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards — in plain language.
Last updated — [ADD DATE BEFORE LAUNCH]
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you complete a form on this site — a project inquiry, a workshop registration, or a speaking request — we receive the fields you filled in.
Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number, company or organization, and location
- Project type, budget range and preferred timeline
- Event details and travel requirements for speaking requests
- Anything you write in the message field
- How you heard about us
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through these forms — including payment card details, government identifiers, or health information.
How we use it
Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.
Where it goes
Form submissions are transmitted to a third-party delivery service configured by the site owner, which forwards them to a Ric Mathis Ai inbox. That provider processes the message on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy terms.
If no delivery service is configured, the form tells you so and offers a direct email address instead — nothing is silently discarded.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party social or advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so visiting a page does not send a request to an external font provider.
If analytics are added later, this section will be updated to name the provider and describe what it records before that provider goes live.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records for active or completed projects. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes.
To make a request, email hello@ricmathis.ai.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Youth programs are arranged directly with the sponsoring school or organization, not through this site.
Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential material through a web form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
Contact
Questions about this policy can go to hello@ricmathis.ai, or by post to Ric Mathis Ai, Atlanta, Georgia.
